Usage:

  php site-stop.php [opt]

Options:

  --run (-r):
    URL principale dirigée sur /wiki/index.php
    header() désactivé dans LocalSettings.php

  --stop (-s):
    URL principale dirigée sur /travaux/index.html
    header('Location: https://mgwiki.univ-lyon1.fr') activé
